Private build

Website health reports your clients can read in five minutes

Titus Pulse pulls a week or a month of Google Ads, Google Analytics 4 and Google Search Console data for each site you manage, builds the report, and holds it until you have read and approved it. Then it emails your client.

Titus Pulse is being built for one agency first. There is no self-service signup and no pricing yet.

How it works

This is the product end to end. Not all of it is switched on yet; see the roadmap.

  1. 1. Connect Google once
Connect the Google account that already has access to the sites you manage. Point each site at its Google Ads account, its GA4 property and its Search Console property.
  2. 2. One period, one report
Every week and every month, each site gets a draft for the period just finished, compared with the period before it. A source that failed or returned partial data is flagged on the draft, not hidden.
  3. 3. Read it, then approve
Add a note in your own words, send yourself a test copy, and approve. Nothing is emailed to a client until that version has been approved.

One report, three sources

A client should not get three reports for one week. Every number is shown against the previous period, so the client sees a direction and not just a figure.

Google Ads
Spend, clicks, impressions, conversions and cost per conversion for the period, in the account's own currency, read from account totals.
Google Analytics 4
Sessions, users, engaged sessions and key events for the period, from the property you map to the site.
Google Search Console
Clicks, impressions, average position and click-through rate, with the queries and pages that moved.

Coming next: the health checks

The same report will carry the checks a client rarely sees until something breaks.

Technical SEO
Crawl and indexing problems, broken links, and missing titles and descriptions.
Page speed
Core Web Vitals and Lighthouse scores for the pages that matter.
Accessibility
Automated checks against WCAG, page by page.

Why nothing sends on its own

A number that fell because a tracking tag broke needs a sentence from you, not a red arrow in a client's inbox. Titus Pulse keeps you between the data and the client: the draft is prepared for you, you check it and add the context, and only an approved version is ever sent.

  • Approve per site, per period: an approval covers one version and nothing else
  • Send yourself a test copy before anyone else sees it
  • Recipients are set per site, and an unsubscribe is honoured
  • Re-running a step never sends the same report twice

Roadmap

Titus Pulse is being built with one agency using it first, so there is no doubt about what exists. In this order:

Being built
Over the coming weeks and months.
  1. 1Sign in, one connected Google account, and the sites it reports on
  2. 2Weekly and monthly drafts, the review and approve step, and the report email itself
  3. 3Technical SEO, page speed and accessibility checks
  4. 4Clients who connect their own Google accounts, and teams who manage many of them
